Ayano has extensive experience in commercial, corporate, employment law and litigation.

She represents companies and individuals in their partnership agreements, employment matters and litigation. She also has a strong experience in advising local and foreign companies on all contractual aspects.

Before joining LPA Tokyo, Ayano worked in several tier one business law firms in Japan.

Ayano is graduated from Tokyo University and studied at University Paris II – Pantheon Assas.

Ayano is the President of the International Committee of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association and works as a lecturer in postgraduate degrees in French Law at Keio University. Ayano was awarded with the title of Chevalier in the National Order of Merit in 2013.
