We assist our clients for their employment complex projects and day-to-day management of their working environment this including, advising in relation to the structure and improvement of the work organization (e.g. rules of employment, code of ethics, overtime management, flex time, labor management agreement, redundancy plans etc.) while ensuring a consistency with the global HR group policies. We are also advising in relation to hiring, international mobility of employees, management package, visa etc.

- Due diligence and employment law aspects of M&A
- International mobility, secondment agreements, expatriation agreements
- Day-to-day HR management this including promotion, performance improvement plans, dismissal, separation agreements, harassment issues, overtime issues
- Litigation in relation to dispute with unions, termination of employment agreements
