Jing is an attorney-at-law admitted to the New York Bar and the Daini-Tokyo Bar. He also holds the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.

He works on a wide range of transnational matters, including commercial agreements, intellectual property, financial transactions, employment, regulation, and family-law cases such as inheritance and divorce.

Jing received his degree of Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. He worked for a Chinese patent law firm first in Beijing and later in Osaka. He then took the Japanese Bar Exam and finished the one-year judicial training before joining LPA Tokyo.
