Lionel Vincent is a highly experienced corporate commercial lawyer who has exercised in 3 jurisdictions: in France (Paris), in UAE (Abu Dhabi) and since 2015 in Japan (Tokyo).

Lionel spent 12 years in a magic circle firm before returning to Japan in 2011 where he is managing the Tokyo office. Lionel has extensive experience in advising international groups in relation to cross-border transactions, joint-ventures, mergers and acquisitions and commercial and corporate matters in various fields of industry such as energy projects and infrastructure, motor vehicles and also service industries such as e-business, hotels, sport and music.

Lionel has a law degree (master in business law) from the University Paris II, a law degree (master in international business law) from the University of Paris X, a master in Japanese form the INALCO and a History and art history degree from University Paris IV – Sorbonne.

Lionel is also a Director of the French Chamber of Commerce in Japan (CCIFJ) and a permanent member of the Franco-Japanese Club.
