Mina works on acquisitions, establishment of companies, joint ventures and corporate restructuring for both Japanese and foreign companies. Graduated from Pantheon-Assas University in private law and real estate law, she worked as an intern at DLA Piper, K&L Gates and Jeantet Associés before joining LPA Tokyo.
